How the migration works

The process is clear, traceable and handled through ticket communication so the client knows what happens at each stage.

Request

When ordering an eligible hosting plan, the client ticks the migration checkbox in step 2 of the order process.

Ticket

After the order is completed, a migration ticket is created and the client can use it to send access details for the previous provider.

Review

Our team logs in to the previous hosting account, reviews the service and checks whether there is remaining paid validity that can be added to the new service with us.

Validity Transfer

If the client still has prepaid time left with the previous provider, we add that period to the newly purchased service with us. Example: 12 months bought with us plus 6 months left there becomes 18 months active with us.

Migration Plan

We prepare a concrete migration plan and share it in the ticket so the client knows what will be moved and when.

Migration and Testing

After the client approves the plan, we complete the migration and test the website, email and other important services before handover.
