You can download backups from JetBackup if you want to keep a local copy of your website data.
Step 1: Login to DirectAdmin
Login to your hosting control panel:
https://yourdomain.com:2222
Step 2: Open JetBackup
In the DirectAdmin dashboard click:
JetBackup
Step 3: Select the backup type
You can download different types of backups such as:
- Full Account Backups
- File Backups
- Database Backups
- Email Backups
Step 4: Generate the download
Select the backup you want and click Download.
The system will prepare the backup file.
Step 5: Download the archive
Once the backup archive is ready, click the download link.
The backup will be downloaded to your computer.
Important notes
- Large backups may take time to generate
- Make sure you have enough disk space on your computer
- Downloaded backups are usually compressed archives
